5 WAYS TO STOP WORRYING
1. Figure out the source of your worry/ The trigger
We all worry for a reason, and deep down we also know what that reason is. so if you want to start relieving that stress, it's time to be honest about what is bothering you. ​
2. Get moving!
Look at it this way, if you allow yourself to just sit and worry, that's exactly what you will do. Instead Get up and use science to help you through.
3. Meditation.
OK hear me out, Meditation is just a way of saying take a moment for your thoughts but also take a moment to actively let go of those thoughts.
4. Talk to someone
I would say talk to a therapist first but that may not be an option for everyone so instead, try to just talk to whomever you know will listen without judgement. A Mom, a Dad, a Spouse. Let them know how your feeling. But remember this isn't up to them to solve. Its just an ear to listen as you are able to unload your worries. So if possible, try to get that counselor.
5. Live in the moment
This one is my personal favorite. Its not easy to do but when you just take a second, breath and see the beauty of life going on right around, right at that moment, you can easily get wrapped up in exactly that...the moment. And when you are in the moment, you aren't thinking about what is worrying you.
